More argument about birdys

The Crazy World Group Of People Who Decide Things, or GOPWDT, Are still arguing about the national bird. Except now the side that wanted the blue footed booby to be the national bird now changed there minds and now want the purr (A small floating puffy kitten thing)to be the national bird.
The Penguin side argues that the purr is a cat and not in any way even related to birds.
The Purr side says that penguins don't fly or even glide but purrs can float up to airplane height.
